Wide Pipe Diameter & Thickness Range

Commonly inquired for pipes from 33 mm to 356 mm diameter and 2.6 mm to 8 mm thickness. Highly adaptable for other diameters, thicknesses, and pipe lengths (min. 750 mm to max. 5000 mm and beyond).

Integrated Plasma Power Source

Includes our own manufactured **HyCUT Plasma Power Source** (IGBT-type), renowned for stability and performance. For example, HyCUT 125 offers 10-125 amps, 20 kW max output, piercing up to 20 mm, edge cutting up to 25 mm. Compatible with other plasma sources if preferred.

Robust Machine Structure

Built with an MS frame and features 3 or 5 controlled axes with independent drives/motors for superior control and movement.

Precision Drive Mechanism

Utilizes a combination of rotary gearbox, rack & pinion, and ball screw for accurate and smooth motion.

Automatic Height Control

Includes automatic height control of the plasma torch through arc voltage control, crucial for pipe roundness correction and consistent cut quality.
