Introducing Cuma, a compact and precise CNC Pipe Profile Cutting Machine designed for efficient and accurate cutting of pipes. Ideal for a range of industrial applications, Cuma offers exceptional versatility with both Plasma and Oxy-fuel cutting capabilities, ensuring high-quality results for your pipe fabrication needs.

Key Specifications:

**Pipe Diameter Range:** 50 mm to 300 mm (customizable).
**Wall Thickness:** 5 mm to 10 mm.
**Pipe Length:** Up to 3000 mm (customizable).

Cutting Capacity:

**Plasma (125 amps):** Piercing up to 16 mm, Edge Cutting up to 25 mm.
**Oxy-fuel:** 5 mm to 150 mm cutting capacity.
**Scalable Power:** Options for higher amperage Plasma power sources to drastically increase cutting and piercing capacities based on your requirements.

Standard System Components

The Cuma system comes with a robust set of components to ensure precision and reliable operation:

Motion System:

**3-Axis Motion System:** X, Y, Z axes with independent AC servo drives.
**X-axis:** Rotary gearbox.
**Y-axis:** Rack & pinion.
**Z-axis:** Precision ball screw.
**Rapid Speed:** Up to 12 meters/min.

Control & Software:

**Controller:** Flangling or equivalent controller, necessary hardware, motors, drives.
**Software:** Includes nesting software (Kartik CAD/CAM) and drag chain for cables.

Working Area:

**Standard:** 3000 mm x 1500 mm (machine area 4000 mm x 2800 mm), customizable.
**Note:** Cutting bed to be fabricated by customer based on our drawings.

Cutting Attachments:

**Oxy-fuel Cutting Attachment:** With capacitive auto height controller and Auto Torch Igniter.
**Plasma Cutting Attachment:** Features Initial Height Sensing & Auto Height Controller model PMT.

**On-site Installation & Training:** Our engineers provide comprehensive installation, commissioning, and training to your nominated personnel at your site for up to 4 days.

Customer Responsibilities:

Provide necessary items at the site (tools, tackles, cranes, forklifts, etc.).
Responsible for civil work, labor for installation, and fabrication of the cutting bed based on our drawings.
